Your florists see what's in stock at their own prices and place the order themselves, any hour. Skip the voicemails, the texts, and retyping orders into a spreadsheet.

Give each florist a price level, like Retail, Trade, or Volume, so your best buyers get better prices. Each one only ever sees their own. No price sheets to email, and no wondering which list you sent them.
See what your florists see →PetalPost never takes a cut of your orders and never touches your payments. If you take cards, they run through your own account, not ours. We only charge for our own software plans, and you can start free.

Three steps, and two sides of the counter.
Add your products from a spreadsheet or by hand, and set up your price levels. The setup wizard walks you through it, so set aside an afternoon.
You invite each florist by email and give them a price level. They set up a free account, see what's in stock at their own prices, and order. At 2am, if that's when they're ordering.
Sending invites is part of Pro. You can try Pro free for 30 days, no payment required.
Every florist order lands in one list. Confirm them in bulk, print a pick list, and mark orders shipped and delivered.

Before you invite anyone
Open your ordering page the way a florist does: your catalog, what's in stock, and the prices for whichever price level you pick. Check it, fix it, then invite your florists.
Your side of the counter
Orders from all your florists land in one place, with what each one ordered. Work through them from pending to delivered.
What's in it
Each one: what it does, and why a wholesaler would care.
Your catalog online, with what's in stock. Florists sign in and order any hour.
Orders stop depending on who's near the phone.
Pick a price level for each florist, like Retail, Trade, or Volume. They only see their own prices.
No price sheets to email and no mix-ups about who pays what.
Every florist order in one place, from pending to delivered, with a printable pick list.
You open to a list that's ready to fill, not a pile of voicemails.
Contacts, price level, credit terms and limit, and what they've ordered, all on one page.
Everything about a customer without digging through texts.
Drop a CSV or Excel file into the catalog importer, or add products by hand. The setup wizard asks which you prefer.
You don't retype your whole product list.
Florists set up a free account to order from you. It costs them nothing to order.
Nothing standing between you and a florist who wants to order.
Why I built this
I'm Jeremiah. I ran my own florist shop and I worked the wholesale ordering side, so I've felt the phone tag from both ends.
I built the Order Desk so neither side has to play it: florists order when it suits them, and wholesalers open to a list instead of voicemails. Try it with one florist before you change anything else.
